These pages describe the published offer. Sending an email does not start paid work. Neither does a chat message or a booked call. Paid work starts only once we've both agreed in writing to the criteria, campaign dates, availability, rates, payment timing, and a spending ceiling.
Fees
The standard rate is $1,000 upfront per show, plus $300 per qualified booking (a confirmed meeting). There is no fixed company or attempt cap. The base fee is payable even if nothing is booked, except under the research promise below. Custom quotes are agreed before work and stay fixed for that show.
Research promise
If our research finds fewer than 10 exhibitors on the show's exhibitor list that fit the criteria agreed in writing, we refund the base fee in full.
Founding client offer
Our first three client shows pay a $500 base fee instead of $1,000, in exchange for written permission to publish the results, anonymized if the client prefers. All other terms are unchanged.
A qualified booking
The other company exhibits at the same show, matches the agreed criteria, is not excluded, and puts a relevant person in the meeting. We provide a specific written reason. Both sides agree to a specific time and place, or video link, in writing. A calendar invitation alone is not a booking. Two employees in one meeting are one fee. Rescheduling is not a new fee.
Cancellations
A no-show remains billable. A cancellation by you remains billable. If the other company cancels ahead, we reschedule or replace the meeting, or else credit the fee. If we book outside the criteria or make a scheduling error, we correct it or credit the fee. Invoice timing is agreed before work.
We do not guarantee replies, meetings, attendance, or sales.
